catering prep kitchen,
two private suites, tables and chairs,
on site parking and
flexibility to do your wedding your way! 

  • 10hrs of time day of wedding and 3hrs of time the night prior to wedding day for rehearsal.

    $2800
    (Includes $200 cleaning fee)

  • 6hrs of time day of wedding.

    $1400
    (Includes $200 cleaning fee)

  • 4hrs of time day of wedding

    $1000
    (Includes $200 cleaning fee)

  • Additional Hours- $200/hr

    Hours past 11pm- $300/hr

Avelon Ballroom is a safe space
for all celebrations and we welcome all members of our community.

Things to Note-

The Ballroom is located on the second floor and
only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator access.
All equipment, supplies, etc. must be loaded up a flight of stairs.
